About Qigong

What is Qigong?

 Qigong (chigong) consists of two words: "Qi," which is the Chinese term for life energy, and "gong," meaning practice. Therefore, Qigong is a holistic system of self-healing exercise and meditation comprising healing postures, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques, and meditation. Through these methods, Qi is accumulated and stored in the body, much like filling a reservoir. 

The Essence of Qigong

 Qigong is an animating power and moving meditation that involves slow movements and deep breathing. It improves physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. Practicing Qigong regularly helps to release stress, enhance vitality, and promote a deeper sense of harmony and inner peace.
